When you first enter the restaurant, make sure you take a peek at the extensive wine collection to the left of the entrance. Season 52 Fresh Grill and Wine bar always has 52 different wines available by glass so you will always have the perfect pairing for every meal. Next to the Wine closet is the wine bar area. There is booth seating as well as comfy chairs at the bar. Perfect place to grab a quick meal or enjoy drinks with friends.

The main dining area is made up of two areas. The first area is centered around a tree growing in the middle of dining room. This area is set with a more intimate setting and mood lighting. There is also a direct view of the kitchen so you can watch the cooks create culinary masterpieces. The second area is set farther back in the restaurant. This room has several huge windows that cover the back wall, all giving a beautiful water view dinning. This room has a more open and natural feel.

No matter where you sit, Seasons 52 Fresh Grill and Wine Bar menu is sure to impress even the pickiest of eaters. There is also several vegetarian and vegan options available. The menu changes with each season so make sure the freshest ingredients are use and cooked on an oak-fire grill. Whatever you do, make sure you save room for dessert. The desserts are served in mini glasses, so you can indulge is just a little something sweet. Of course, you can always order more than one. I had the pleasure of sampling the Spring 2022 menu at Seasons 52 Fresh Grill and Wine Bar. My first suggestion is to come hungry! Everything that I tasted I enjoyed. The lobster Bisque soup is hands down the best I ever had, it also happens to be my favorite soup so I have had it quite a lot. The grilled Artichokes with Preserved Lemon hummus showed off the perfect balanced of smoky chard flavor with the artichokes and creamy hummus with just a simple drizzle of lemon oil. The Ahi Tuna Tartare is a delicious starter to any meal, it has a little heat on the back end of your plate with a fun crunch of corn within the tropical salsa and fresh sweet taste of the tuna. Delicious. The Truffled Risotto was heavenly. It was rich in flavor with slices of truffles throughout the dish and super creamy.

Lets be honest, ever after you have dined, there is something about having a little something sweet. These mini desserts are perfect for that. The Belgian Chocolate S’mores was my favorite. Moist cake topped with Belgian chocolate mouse with mini marshmallows mixed throughout then a thin layer of chocolate fudge, chocolate dipped graham cracker cookie and toasted marshmallow. The Peanut Butter Torte and Raspberry Chocolate Chip Cannoli tied for second. The Peanut Butter Torte has the perfect balance of salty peanuts butter and sweet chocolate. The bottom layer is moist chocolate cake, then altering layers of creamy peanut butter mouse and salty roasted peanuts. The Raspberry Chocolate Chip Cannoli is perfect dessert for those who don’t like dessert that is to sweet. Ricotta and mascarpone together then mini chocolate chips are stirred in. This think yet smooth cream is the shares a mini cup with tangy raspberry sauce then topped with a crunchy cannoli shell.

I look forward to returning to Seasons 52 Fresh Grill and Wine Bar to experience their summer menu. I cannot wait to see what new menu items they have in store.
